At Mielle Organics, we want you to love your beauty routine; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused organic products in their original packaging, ensuring the box is taped tightly to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
